Tropical vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Tropical in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run tropical the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tropical in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.2 per 10 ml.
How we tested tropical in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.2 per 10 ml.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.2 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.2 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should tropical start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
