Vanilla RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Vanilla in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
The honest read on vanilla: 15 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.45 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla RDA really costs in Belgrade
Vanilla RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested vanilla in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why vanilla tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for vanilla in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.45 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
