Candy zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Candy in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: candy in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
A candy zero-nicotine bottle from the best options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is candy legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.63 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
