Caramel pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pod kit for caramel
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Caramel pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pod kit really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.14 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is caramel legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does caramel in a pod kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
