Caramel refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Caramel in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.77 per 10 ml.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.77 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Is caramel legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
