Coconut starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coconut habit
A coconut starter kit from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.53 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested coconut in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.53 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.53 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.53 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
