Coffee refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Coffee in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with coffee in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at coffee in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Coffee refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coffee in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.53 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.

Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.53 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
