Cream cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.96 per 10 ml.
Cream in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at cream in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Cream | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD39 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.96 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.96 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
