Dessert pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run dessert the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert pen device really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on dessert: 8 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for dessert in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | RSD32 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.66 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
