Frozen pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Frozen in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Frozen in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on frozen: 7 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pod kit really costs in Belgrade

How we tested frozen in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.9 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a pod kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.9 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
