Licorice pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pod kit really costs in Belgrade
A licorice pod kit from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.94 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for licorice in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?

How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.94 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
