Salted starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Salted in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
The honest read on salted: 24 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: salted in Belgrade works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested salted in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.48 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Belgrade survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Salted | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | starter kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 24 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD48 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.48 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.48 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does salted in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.48 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
