Sweet cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Sweet in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Sweet is allowed to say
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Sweet in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested sweet in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.38 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
Is sweet legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
