Tobacco e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Tobacco e-liquid bundle here
The honest read on tobacco: 9 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Tobacco in Belgrade reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: tobacco in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tobacco in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.96 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Tobacco | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | e-liquid bundle | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 9 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.96 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
