Tobacco sub-ohm kit Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Tobacco in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.79 per 10 ml.
Tobacco sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested tobacco in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
