Plain pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What plain costs in Belgrade
Plain in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain pen device really costs in Belgrade
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.88 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.88 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is plain legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
